Pallet car is a tool used in foundries. When the moulding machine works, Pallet car has four wheels, which Is driving mould box transportation, Pallet car is normally made from material of cast iron and then machined to meet specifications. Machined by advanced CNC machines and dimensions controlled by CMMs, our products achieve higher accuracy and better interchangeability.we design and manufacture different size of customer drawing and technical specification.

We have more than 10 years experience supplying flasks to foundries using SINTO, HWS, DISA, KW, GF, FH moulding lines.Meantimes, we have a lot of customers in France, Spain, India, Italy, UAE using our molding flasks and pallet car.

 

 

Pallet cars  are manufactured with higher grade gray iron, or steel welding, and they have higher rigidity and can bear higher pressure impact. In addition, we design and manufacture different size of customer drawing and technical specification.
