Description : Foundry pattern bolster
The material of components will be replaced by Chinese material accordingto drawings and technical specfication,to ensure the mechnical performance and hardness.
Technology Condition: Product manufacturing according to drawings and technical specfication.
For all castings we provide Test Certificates included chemical composition report, tensile strength and hardness. We make sure that there are not damages, cracks in the casting, and any repair welding on castings is strictly prohibited.
The body and components all be machined by large-scale of CNC machinining center to ensure the dimensional & position accuracy to meet the requirements of drawings. We provide CMM measuring report of bolsters with assembled.
